Use the dropdown at the top of the chart to switch between Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides, Non-HDL Cholesterol, and Cholesterol Ratio. Each metric has its own appropriately scaled Y-axis so the scale always makes sense for the number you're reading.
Pinch open to zoom into a specific date range and see individual tests more clearly. Pinch closed to zoom out and get the big-picture view across months or years of test history.
Swipe left and right to navigate through your complete test timeline. The default view shows the last 6 months, but you can scroll back as far as your oldest logged test — useful when you're tracking changes over years.
Tap any data point on the line to select that test. A summary card below the chart shows the exact values, date, and any notes you logged with that test. Compare any two points to see exactly how much a metric changed between visits.
LDL: Downward slope or stable below your target line. A drop of 10–30 points over 3–6 months indicates dietary changes are working.
HDL: Upward trend or stable above target. An increase of 5–15 points suggests exercise and dietary changes are paying off.
Triglycerides: Downward trend toward below 150 mg/dL. Dramatic spikes often correlate with high sugar or alcohol intake.
